The gym

Arena Trainingcenter offers various areas for individual fitness and strength training in Playa de las Américas. Equipment and free training areas enable different forms of training.

Strength & Endurance

Appropriate equipment and weights are available for muscle and strength training. Cardio machines also enable targeted endurance training.

Functional training

Separate training areas can be used for functional exercises and free movement sequences. This means that equipment training can be supplemented with a variety of exercises.
