The fire station
The Bomberos Voluntarios de Tegueste Fire Station is part of the Tegueste Volunteer Fire Department and covers the municipality and adjacent areas in the northeast of the island.
Fires, accidents & technical assistance
The tasks include fighting building fires, rescue operations after traffic accidents and technical assistance in other emergencies. If necessary, larger operations are handled together with other fire departments on the island.
Emergency call 112
Fire brigade operations are coordinated via the Canary Islands emergency call center 112. The control center alerts the responsible emergency services and transmits information about the respective emergency.
