The aparthotel

Parque Santiago III is an aparthotel on the Golden Mile shopping and promenade area in Playa de las Américas. The beach promenade and the sandy beach Playa El Camisón are right next to the hotel.

Saltwater pools & children's water park

There are two saltwater pools outside, one of which is heated in winter. For children there is a separate freshwater water park with a children's pool, slides and water games.

Gastronomy & shops

Restaurants, cafés and shops are integrated directly into the aparthotel and distributed along the open-plan areas. Further shopping and dining options are located on the adjacent Golden Mile.
