Dry Ageing & Southbend Grill
Selected cuts are aged in-house for 28 days before being cooked on a Southbend grill at temperatures of up to 800°C.
Panoramic Window & Atlantic View
Set directly by the sea on the elevated promenade, the dining room looks out across the Atlantic through a nine-metre-wide panoramic window. The entire window can be fully opened, bringing the fresh sea air into the restaurant and creating an open-air feel right by the ocean.
